3. Client Responsibilities

- Review drafts and provide feedback within agreed timelines
- Make payments as per agreed terms
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance is required before starting the project.
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final handover or live launch.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Late payments may result in project delay or suspension.
5. Revisions
We offer:
- Up to 2 rounds of free revisions as part of each project*(depend on some conditions)
- Additional revisions may be charged separately, depending on the scope
6. Ownership & Copyright
- Once full payment is received, the client will own the final website.
- We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use all content (e.g., images, logos) they provide.
7. Third-Party Services
- We may use third-party tools or plugins (e.g., WordPress themes, payment gateways).
- We are not responsible for any limitations or service disruptions caused by these third parties.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Dear Avanish is not liable for:
- Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the website
- Downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or client actions
- Any damages caused by misuse or unauthorized access
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if:
- There is misuse, non-payment, or violation of terms
- The client engages in unethical, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
